"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

"I was assigned Champion through home warranty so realize some of the time frame is on the home warranty program. But, throughout the process, communication was poor. When the pump finally came in and they scheduled the repair, they were a no show 3 days blaming everything under the sun except apologizing! When the owner finally called me he blamed me for the state of the pool, said it was just a pool and he would get there when he got there. Beware of this company."
