Gage Johnson was our Project Manager, and he did an excellent job of bringing us the design, walking us through the process and stayed engaged throughout with communications and onsite during key activities. The crews were incredible in their skills, and ensuring everything was taken care of. The owner of the company came out on several visits to check on how things were progressing and provided drone photos from above. A cool feature to see from above how things look and the transformation that took place. Not sure you see many owners actively engaged but the attention and time taken was greatly appreciated. "Was referred to Champion by my home warranty company. Love the customer service. Throughout the process had the same customer service person (communicated by email.) Pump was not working. Tech came out said parts were needed as there was leak around pump. He tighten everything while waiting for parts approval and order. Pump ran best it has in a very long while. Customer service explained what was happening. Parts were approved, ordered and tech came out to replace. (work order 2027210)"

"Tim had serviced our pool for over year. We recently had a problem where the pool pump would not work. Tim charged $145 for a new capacitor. It did not fix it. Tim then said to call an electrician saying the breaker was broken. I paid $144 for an electrician to tell me the breaker box was NOT broken. So, we had a problem that Tim could not fix. What does he do? He texts me that my weekly maintenance rate just went up between 28 % and 69 %. Plus, it would be another $650 to replace the pump. So, his response to not being able to fix the problem, was to raise my weekly rates and to ignore the over $299 that Tim had caused me to spend so far. Needless to say, I told Tim goodbye. I then found a professional that diagnosed and replaced the pump for $450 in less than an hour. I could have saved all kinds of headaches and $299 if I had never used Tim."
