"I definitely recommend Hunter if you are having animal problems. He is professional and easy to work with. He successfully removed a racoon from our attic, and when we discovered it had babies, Hunter rescued the babies and successfully relocated them to a shelter to care for them. Babies are doing fine at last report. Hunter also did the necessary exclusion work to keep animals (squirrels, raccoons, etc.) from getting into the attic in the future."

"I stayed at a hotel Tuesday 1-20-15 and discovered a bed bug in the room before checkout Wednesday. I followed the Internet's recommended protocol. As I didn't get home til late Wednesday it was Thursday before I could call anybody so it was Friday before they could come out. Next day-pretty good.
Before I reached AJB I was calling places to see if they even treated bed bugs, not all did, many had a $1000 minimum and wouldn't treat just my car and everything inside it. A pest control company in Frisco finally referred me to AJB, and them referring me to another company gave me more confidence, surely they wouldn't recommend somebody who would be dis-satisfactory because I would then call them back and ask them upon what did they base that recommendation!
When I called AJB, it was bizarre, the receptionist was FRIENDLY!!! She didn't know the answers I needed but she said she would, and apparently actually and accurately did, take a message for Paul, who turns out is the owner. He called me back pretty fast, HIMSELF. Whaaaat? Answered my questions, said he would be happy to treat the car and the many, many bags and boxes inside it.
He got me back with that nice receptionist to schedule and showed up when she said he would. He was very pleasant. He listened to my little nightmare story and assured me with the actions I took and evidence since then nothing made it in the house, took his time thoroughly and effectively cleaning the car and yes, all the stuff in it (5 bits of luggage with smaller bags in them, 3 or 4 boxes) which you must understand, each had to be treated, every pocket every seam every nook and cranny. No bites, nothing since, so he got any that were in there. It probably took 3 hours. He said he would retreat if I saw anything and not charge for the trip or treatment etc. if he had to come back which also impressed me as these things are known for being hard to get and therefore not everybody even treats them.
Well luckily for us both he didn't have to come back because of my protocol ;) and his thorough-ness and I guess a lot of luck.
If I didn't have a regular home pest control person already who I also like (but who had personal scheduling conflict that was way more important!!) I would happily go with AJB.
BTW, this all happened before my birthday, so dealing with Paul and his receptionist lady helped ease my stress and anxiety over the whole mess, because I knew they were going to take care of it, they did, and helped me get back to normal. I know they don't have a lot of reviews but based on my experience, if they say they will do X, they will do the work well with a great level of  customer service, which I guess is not quite extinct.

Bird Control questions, answered by experts

No, you shouldn’t have to worry about bats in your yard as long as they don’t make their way inside your house. Typically, bats hang around backyards in order to consume bugs, especially if they’re located in the U.S. Bats that are native to North America can consume more than 500 bugs per hour, so they may actually benefit your yard if mosquitoes are prevalent.

Certain strong smells may help repel bats, though this is not a foolproof method and is best used in conjunction with other deterrence strategies. Scents like peppermint oil, eucalyptus, cinnamon, cloves, and mint are often suggested as natural remedies. To create a spray, you can mix two cups of warm water with half a cup of sugar and a few drops of your preferred essential oil. Apply this mixture using a spray bottle to possible entry points and throughout the affected area, such as an attic. While this home remedy is popular, evidence supporting its effectiveness is limited.

Yes, bats can cause quite a bit of damage to the attic. Their weight and movement from flying around can damage insulation, and they can chew through wiring and the walls. As if this isn’t enough, they leave their droppings throughout, which carry harmful bacteria and is dangerous for humans to breathe in, not to mention the extremely foul-smelling odor.

When woodpeckers start banging on your walls or roof, they are probably looking for insects to eat, storing nuts for winter, drilling a hole to make a nest, or communicating with other birds to establish territory or find a mate.

The size of the hole can help determine the reason for the pecking. Small irregular holes are a result of insect hunts. Acorn holes are more consistently sized and often fitted with a nut in the middle. Nest holes are large and have rounded edges. If the bird is pecking to mark its territory or attract a mate, it may leave dents rather than holes, and the noise will stop when the mating season starts in spring.

Birds eat grass seed for one simple reason—it’s delicious! The seeds are rich in nutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. Seeds are also high in energy, so humans eat trail mix loaded with seeds and nuts for long-distance activities. Grass seed, when unprotected, is also exceptionally easy to access.
