"I hired them to get rid of a bird's nest that was above my front door. It had baby birds in it and I wanted to make sure they would be taken care of and not just thrown away or killed. I called other companies that not only charged more, but were going to kill the baby birds. "great, as usual. we originally purchased an annual pest control deal from them in 2011. we have continued to renew this each year. they always call to remind us that it is time to spray again. if we need/want them to come inside, we call to make the arrangements. otherwise, they come by and spray the exterior, leaving a receipt of service completed. all communication has been friendly and courteous.
