I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me with my problem because of their name, but they were the fastest and most persistent to respond. They were concerned about my situation and sent two great guys. The technicians diagnosed the issue quickly and listened to our needs. Instead of insisting on doing a complete fix (which is what was needed) they recognized we just needed a good immediate fix until we get our solar panels installed in a couple of weeks. This saved us money. They also didn't do the minimum because we had guests in our home and needed to utilize the large appliances in our home. Not only were the electricians smart and caring they were friendly too. I also felt the cost wasn't astronomical too!

"We performed task as he requested, I also gave him a proposal before he approved.. we charge accordingly as state licensed electrical contractor, 4 hrs worth of worked performed at competitive rate as he approved proposal. He expected us to perform work as unlicensed handyman rate at 20.00 hourly. there was unlicensed electrician that started work and never went back to complete work.. I explained to him, the difference between handyman service and being competitive as state licensed, I also went out of my way to point out addition fire hazard meter box was detached from wall and would need to have Service provider to come out"

Fred, the company owner came out himself to give us an estimate on doing the necessary electrical work to install a new tankless water heater. He was very thorough and explained things clearly. He wrote out the estimate on the spot. We found him to very engaging, and absolutely reliable and honest. We were very pleased with the work that Eli and Fred performed. Again, Fred made sure that we had a clear understanding of what was done and why. He also calculated our system load. Which gave us peace of mind.They even cleaned up after themselves! And most significantly- he stuck to his estimate, and guarantees his work. I highly recommend Coastal Sign and Electric!

I hired them to install a lighting over my farm style sink, He made such a mess by drilling into drywall and got into my sink and brushed into my garbage disposal and now my garbage disposal is making a horrible noise, something is stuck in there.

"This lady was unpleasant from the beginning making racist remarks to my electrician. She purchased a Pandit light fixture to be installed above her kitchen sink. when the existing old fixture was removed we noticed there was no gang box and wire were exposed, we told her we needed to bring up to code just to hang a fixture we cannot hang a fixture without a gang box so we made a 4inch hole for a single round gang box to installed made a little mess and we cleaned up our mess. that disposal switch was turned on prior to work being started thinking it was a light switch we did notice that disposal was already making a noise as if the motor."
