"I was disappointed, I asked for a landscape evaluation, and I have to admit, that is what they gave me. The order didn't specify what I would get and they gave me a hand drawn evaluation. The lines were straight they used a ruler, and then put together a plan for me with some planting material. I know there is some give and take, but it didn't look like all of my requests were listened to, and I was disappointed in the result that I got back, and it didn't even have a quote for the materials. The unfortunate part is that I have worked with them before, and I know they have a B rating, and I was really pleased with the work that they did. They installed some drainage pipes in my home, and it was absolutely fantastic, so that is why I went with them this time and I was just disappointed. I read the fine print, and I should have asked more specifically what I would get in return. I expected a color drawing with some plant examples and I can't say they didn't do what they said they would do, but it wasn't what I expected.  I thought a more professional presentation was warranted. I thought the offer sounded great, he came out and talked to me, we covered quite a bit of stuff. I said I would like something for the front and back yard. I told him that I would like to have plants for the back yard because eventually I would like an outside kitchen. I received a hand drawing and it was only the front yard, it wasn't the side yard, or the back, and there was a mention of what to do with the tree range in the front if it had to be extended, but he didn't draw me a picture of what it would look like after the extension had occurred. The deal sounded very good, but if he had delivered something a little more complete, I would have been very happy, but what would I expect for $99. "

"I hired Blake and company to pour a 15x38 stained and stamped patio. The cement pour, color and stamp turned out very nice. The problem I have is instead of letting the concrete sit for about 2 weeks, he sealed it after 3 days. It looked horrible as the moisture came up through the concrete and left white marks everywhere. His answer was more sealer (3 coats) and still looks bad. This was to be done by 12/1/18 and he wants to wait until spring to finish by putting another coat of sealer on it. I've researched and talked to other concrete installers and it will cost me $1164.00 to fix as sealer was put on too early. The sealer has to be stripped, let dry and only 2 thin coats reapplied. NTX has directed me to have another company fix the problem and has refunded me the money to make me whole and not be out any more cash above our contract."
