My home majorly destroyed by fire. He closely examined the structure after l removed all sheetrock and most flooring. Literally see. through the house Keep the undamaged structure. He writes reports for city attorney and city engineers. Thesec eports are pricy, together over $10,000.

I Hired DGA to perform a foundation Foundation evaluation on a home I am selling. He was the 3rd company I spoke with. The others were going to have â employeesâ performs all the evaluations and an engineer sign off on their workâ ¦ with DGA the engineer meet me on site performed the evaluation answered all my questions and you couldnâ t ask for a better result.

Mr Green responded promptly and worked over the weekend to provide the comprehensive document required by the inspection office of my city. (Document was super professional)The project was a $10''s of thousand dollar replacement of a 25 year retaining wall. Not only was the city impressed but my contractor agreed to follow his design. . The result was a show piece "wall" and all my neighbors have stopped by to complement us. Thanks to Mr Donal Green

Mr. Green was able to come out just a few hours after we spoke of a morning, which allowed me to receive the structural engineering evaluation I needed, within my 7-day option period on the house we are to purchase. Mr. Green was very thorough, literally walking me through his verbal report, and gave me a plan of action for a settling/sinking concrete slab addition. I highly recommend Mr. Green's services!

Hired DGA to asses any structural changes that might be required for our kitchen remodel, which included removal of several walls. Excellent experience. Easy to schedule, very thorough.

He did exactly what was hired of him and gave me peace of mind that my foundation is okay as of this moment in time. He warned me that in a week everything could change so the service it self isn't really that great in the end.

Donal is a first rate engineer and very easy to work with.

I had Donal come out to see if I had a structural problem on my home and pd. $500 for a 45 minute conversation, he did not check anything and all he said was my house was settling and I had to pay $500 to Donal upfront before he would start and this was last Friday, I have no documents just a business card,

He was excellent. He was professional and explained his services so I could understand. He also explained his findings indetail. I would rate him a 20 on a scale of 1-5
