"<p>&nbsp;Refinishing was done as scheduled and took 2 days as estimated by Kamal.&nbsp; Final cost was in line with estimate.</p> <p>However the pull-out drawers were another issue.&nbsp; They were not done at the time of refinishing of the cabinets.&nbsp; Was not told this would be a separate job.&nbsp;&nbsp;After rescheduling a time or two&nbsp;Steve came to install the pull out drawers a couple of weeks later and&nbsp;it was found that the measurements were wrong and the drawers would not fit.&nbsp; New drawers had to be ordered from the manufacturer and would take another two weeks.&nbsp; We were told the order would be expedited to around one week but after one week passed Steve called to say it would be another week.&nbsp; All this time the contents of our bottom cabinets (bowls, trays, platters, etc.) were sitting in boxes in our living room.&nbsp; This ordeal had now stretched into&nbsp;6 weeks.</p> <p>Once the drawers arrived, Steve came to install; measurements were not exact but with modification Steve made them fit to our satisfaction.&nbsp; On this trip Steve did not have the correct tools and left the job, due to a prior commitment,&nbsp;about half completed.</p> <p>He came back a few days later and finished the job - took most of the day with Steve being interrupted continually by calls on his cell (business calls).&nbsp; Steve said he would be back the next day to do touch up work on the cabinets.&nbsp;</p> <p>A week later we had to call Steve to schedule the touch up work.&nbsp; He scheduled for 8:30 AM, then called the day of the appointment and rescheduled for 10:30, ostensibly due to one of his trucks breaking down.</p> <p>Overall, the work product is excellent - however organization of the company is in question.&nbsp; Delays, rescheduling of appointments and other interruptions made the overall experience frustrating.</p> <p>Not sure I would use them again.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /></p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <br />show more

"Project went quickly and smoothly. Five Star is very organized from start to finish. Finished project looked great. The Five Star Forewoman and Techs were eager to please and provided some positive design input and some extra work that was much appreciated. Know in advance that these folks estimate assuming the use of Sherwin Williams paints.
