Nice management! However they do not have good handymen! I had hired them to fit a bidet! In the past it took no more than 15 minutes by previous handymen. However handymen matters guys took more than 3-4 hours and made one bathroom un-operational. I had to call another handyman to get it finished. Their workmanship was shoddy, but they will defend it very skilfully! They wanted to charge for the whole time, but the manager came and saw the unfinished work and charged me for one hour which is still more than what it should have taken! Their hourly rate is 150$ which is way too high for a low skill level! Hire them at your own risk!

We sat at your table and discussed what was going on and why it was taking more time than you expected to fix your issues. Even though we spent 2.5 hours working on your projects, I only billed you for one hour and absorbed all of the materials in an attempt to help you feel better about the price. I am very disappointed you still feel you were not treated fairly."

They returned 3 times on one repair and I had do call a plumber who informed me that the parts they put in were not tightened correctly. I sent them the plumber bill and they did reimburse me for the cost.

Excellent! From start to finish, "Handyman Matters" took the fear and apprehension out of tackling a remodel. There was never an unanswered call or question, everything was up-front and the staff is first-rate. Crayden. our top-notch remodeler, handled every challenge that our "not so new" home presented with patience and expertise. We appreciated the freedom to choose and purchase our materials on our own when desired, however, the supplies that were provided and every supplemental crew that was brought into the mix, was high quality and professional. When the project was completed, our master bathroom was beyond our expectations. Everyone who has seen it is in awe over the improvement and beauty of the space. We would definitely recommend "Handyman Matters" for a room remodel and will not hesitate to call on them again.

Awesome. On time, on budget. Cleaned up and left no trash or other signs of disruption. Used my rooftop ladder and actually hing it back up in my garage for me when finshed. Great work. Would recommend for any handyman work needed in the Collin/East Denton county area.

They did a good job and was pleased with the job. I did think the cost was a bit too pricey for what was done. They were not able to re-grout my master shower....not sure why, but I'd rather someone be honest and tell me they can't do something than to try to do something they would not be good at.

I had a rattling window with no obvious sign of bad sealing. I wanted to try reapplying caulk as an attempt to the fix. When Rodney from Handyman Matters looked at the window, he said the caulking seems fine and tried to locate the real problem. He did find a flapping frame piece and applied a little bit caulk to glue it back. The whole job took less time that the original estimation. I feel Rodney is an honest guy and has a motivation to solve the real problem.

Great! Called after another person did a truly awful job hanging some doors in our house. Handyman Matters repaired their shoddy work (one of the doors wouldn't even close - hinge was installed upside down and set too far back). We would and actually I'm about to call them again. The repair person they sent was not the friendliest but he got the job done and did it well. That's really all that matters.

It was OK. The gentleman that did it was very knowledgeable. He knew not to get the slick ones and what length they should be. He did a real good job of putting them in, because I didn't know what to do.

not well present contractor said cement like siding was not put on . I went with Angie's recommended contractor and paid I was told it was the correct siding. Will check with Lowes today to be sure Very discouraged The estimate to complete project was 4 times what two other will do to finish

It went OK, however the person who came did not follow what I was told to expect. He fixed it on site instead of taking it with him. At the end, he acknowledged he probably should have done it the way the boss suggested. The person doing the work was leaving the company soon, so he wasn't totally invested in the job. The cabinet door did hold, though, so overall, I guess it turned out OK.

This was a big job because the old attic stairs needed to be removed and the new stairs installed. The workers were very respectful, knowledge and on time. The cleaned up after themselves once the job was completed and even vacuumed my floor!
