So, I took a morning off from work. I'm at the house and probably like 9:45 almost 10:00, I called them up and said, "Hey, where are you guys? Are you guys showing up? Are you lost or something?" And they're like, "Oh, we didn't realize it was today. " We got rid of that girl who was taking down notes but she wasn't really taking down notes. But, what about next Tuesday? So, I took another day off from work, another morning off from work. They showed up about that time. It was really a disaster for them to come out here."

"We got several bids for the job.  Chavez was the lowest by about 20%.  I checked Angie's list to see if his work was of good quality, given the very attractive price he quoted and saw only positivie reviews of his work.  He started the job on time and finished early and did every detail to perfection.  I was really impressed.  He used GAF Timberline shingles, which are the #1 selling shingle in the U.S. They also did a perfect job on cleanup which is not a small matter when old roofing materials need to be carefully collected and removed, including nails.  I have had several occasions to be on my roof in the past year and have yet to see a poorly installed shingle or edging.  I will certainly be a repeat customer if I need roofing service in the future and can strongly recommend Manual Chavez Roofing.

When fence was built, I asked for a rot board on the bottom rail (1x6), the extra price of the wood was included in the bid...They forgot the rot board and pickets go all the way to ground, we spoke of a DISCOUNT on the next job or rebate...never happened..

Owner of company took measurements for new sliding glass door...the measurements were wrong...Home DEPOT was kind enough NOT to charge me a restock fee.

When the new door came in weeks later, they didn't return our calls.  The rest of the work was complete and they were paid.

It was only a couple hundred bucks...we gave up...

I was going to call them when the door sliding glass door arrived for install...my wife said NO...

We hired someone else rather than give MCS another dime...

No...I would not utilize this company for anything other than PAINT and ROOF...
