Hello, my name is Jeffrey Rosas I’m the owner operator of sweep satisfaction, cleaning company based out of Waco, Texas. We service McLennan, Falls, Bell, Milam, Hill, and Coryell, and parts of Williamson County. Our company offers standard cleans, deep, cleans, move-in, moveouts, hoarding, cleans, construction, cleanup, commercial cleanups for offices and restaurants. "Don was on time, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, gave lots of tips as to how to build a fire in the fireplace properly, where to store oak fire wood outside the house. He cleaned the fireplace completely and told us what else to add to the chimney to protect the chimney and roof. He will order a part to repair the crack in the back of the fireplace. He will install it as soon as he gets the part. Don’s service fee was very economical for the work he did. The service took about hour and half. We would highly recommend Don’s Chimney Service for chimney inspection, cleaning and repair."

"When they got here, it went great, but getting them here was a pain. They got in, they got out. In 40 minutes, they were done. They did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves. They set up everything well. They were very professional. That part was great. Getting them out here, that was a mess because their office situation is a complete total mess. I called them up one week prior. Basically, the under-mount sink was coming up off of the granite and in order to put back, get the granite company out to use a special epoxy to put it on. I didn't know that so I called the plumber first and they were like, "No you need to get the granite company". So, I called it on to the granite company. I asked them, "Can you confirm on Monday when you can be out there and I'll be out at my house". And they said okay. They didn't call and confirm on a Monday. Then, we tried to reschedule. So, I took a morning off from work. I'm at the house and probably like 9:45 almost 10:00, I called them up and said, "Hey, where are you guys? Are you guys showing up? Are you lost or something?" And they're like, "Oh, we didn't realize it was today. " We got rid of that girl who was taking down notes but she wasn't really taking down notes. But, what about next Tuesday? So, I took another day off from work, another morning off from work. They showed up about that time. It was really a disaster for them to come out here."

"I telephoned and left a message asking him to call me about chimney sweeping.  I took about one day before Mr.  Austin contacted me but he immediately set an appointment for the day he called.  He arrived on time, assessed requirements and quoted a price that seemed reasonable.  He explained what he needed to do and then set right to work after moving a few items out of the way.  It took him about one hour to complete the job and remove a large  pile of cresote that he had swept from  the chimney.  He cleaned up thoroughly after completing his work and left everything in good order.  I can recommend him without reservation for chimney cleaning services.

"Lucio and his crew are amazing. I hired him for roofing, siding, window installation, rock footing/underpinning, new concrete driveway and sidewalks, among other home remodeling. "Communication started back in November 2011. Actual work was started in July 2012.
  Partly due to some requirements analyzing was the reason why work did not started until July 2012. Work was deemed completed per contract on my delivery of the last check on October 23 2013.
  Since completion, the breezeway served as a transversing room with storage on the sides. The main room it leads to is serving in capacity as a small workshop, mainly dealing with wood. The brightness of the lights was very adequate and so is the power delivery from the existing breaker.
  About a year has passed and I can feel confident I can continue to have the workshop still in service and use. Pictures that are attached showed accumulated additional work of my own accord - window treatments, painting, floor sealing, roof replacement due to hail, but the structure is most definitely sound so far. The lifetime structural warranty solidifies in my mind the soundness of the expanded structure.
  Jess continued to check on me even after the work has been done. I will soon have his referred HVAC specialist to analyze solutions for bringing in more cool air to the room (cool air was being delivered, but it was not enough for comfortable capacity alongside tool operation - in my opinion)
  He was very professional in all dealings and despite the slow start (mainly from my follow through), work was done in a relatively timely manner. Communication throughout was solid, accommodating slight changes along the way.
  Great contractor to work with. Jess knows who to deal with and provide a solution to my overall requirement: A insulated (and for the most part, climate controlled) room that gives expanded dedicated proper space to work in and a new home for all tools that once reside in a not so ideal two car garage.
 
To note, Accede is based in McKinney and I am in Arlington. I am glad he was able to work with me despite the distance.
