Rather, he was very knowledge and helpful with understanding of the scope of the project and presenting all options for how to make it better. He was very patient as well. We had to wait for our turn to build the deck (they were pretty booked), but the rest was a breeze. The building team was very professional, respectful, and punctual. Craftsman is excellent and the result exceeded our expectations. All Martin's suggestions were to the point and helped tremendously to make right decisions. He also did meticulous quality control at each step of the project. Trust me, no sloppiness is allowed by this company. Finally, the price was pretty reasonable compared to the high quality of the outcome. They were all done efficiently and quite satisfactorily (attic ladder, gutter downspout replacement, rotten wood, and patio cover repair). The patio cover required disassembling the metal structure, extracting damaged polycarbonate skylight panels, and replacement. Victor knew exactly how to do it and, although finding the replacement panels required more than a simple visit to the local Home Depot, Victor managed to locate the exact material and our patio cover is beautiful and light-filled again. We appreciated his work ethic so much (showed up when he said he would, worked all day, cleaned up afterwards), we added another task to wash the siding and bricks on the house and garage. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the work he provided. You cannot go wrong hiring this pro."

"Mr. Brian & Ms. Cathy are the real deal. Very professional, very courteous and did a fantastic job with our painting project. My wife and I had a vision of what we wanted it to look like. It looks just as we envisioned. First Brian pressure washed the exterior wall of the house that faces the lake and the railings. There were dead bugs stuck to the side of the house that were hard to remove. Brian painted an exterior wall to the house while his wife, Cathy painted the hand rails along the upstairs deck and stairs. Matched the exterior wall perfect with the rest of the house. Painted the railings and the trim work white. After Brian finished painting the exterior wall, he helped Cathy paint the railings and the trim. This is all that was in our budget right now. We will definitely call them back at a later date to paint the rest of the house. Pricing was very reasonable and I enjoyed being here while they worked. I caught a few catfish and fried them up to share with them for lunch. Brian even cleaned the fish for me. Lol. I would highly recommend Brian and Cathy Verrett. It is so nice to see a husband and wife team who works so well together."
