The message I wanted to send was the quality products used and the oversight of his contractors. He built us a solid custom built home with no flaws anywhere! Later in 6 years, our home on top of a hill survived several hail storms from golf ball size propelled with 70+mph winds and other storms with softball size hail. The roof was damaged, but shingles remained and the roof never leaked. The story is our home has been battered. Eddy responded each time with the oversight of his contractors to make repairs and the home is new again. He is the “ONE STOP SHOP” to keep your home in prime condition. JKE, Inc. is much more than a homebuilder and Eddy is just a phone call away, and there is always follow-up to ensure expectations were satisfied. Thanks again Eddy!"

My time is as valuable as theirs, and the lack of clear communication and follow?through has been extremely disappointing.? I understand that things happen in life, but I also know they have a phone, and a simple call, text, or email would prevent me from wasting my time waiting on them. I have already paid, and it appears I will not receive the final product until after Christmas and New Year?s. I am disappointed.? "
