"If you are looking for a solid construction company sonart is the way to go for sure! All I could say was wow aside from the fact that my mouth was completely open for a solid five minutes LOL! The house was built around the 50s and hasnâ t been updated since the original build. "Project: Interior paint and stain. Henry did some painting, cabinet repair, and cabinet staining for me. He was always punctual, and there every day. The project took 5 days. I especially loved the stain on the cabinets. Toward the end of the project my husband got sick and head to go into hospital. While I was with my husband, Henry finished the project. I was told when I came back, there was a surprise for me. Henry had painted a room I had planned to paint myself. This was a welcome surprise! All who were going to help me with this room were senior citizens, just like me. This was just wonderful, and all our joints thank him! I would highly recommend Henry as he seems to be knowledgeable about everything. His wife Christy keeps things running smoothly from the business end, and always lets you know where the project is at time wise."

"I loved this company. The owner is always on site.They installed 3 chandeliers. My great grandmothers chandelier has been in the family for 3 generations. Itâ s valuable. Real crystal. Over $50k. Hundreds of fragile crystals. They installed it and our ceilings are 26 feet in some areas. They also installed a sub panel to upgrade my electrical to accommodate a generator they installed. When the power goes out me and my husband are safe as well as an upgrade to our Tesla charger. Thank you Angie and American Residential Construction. I will highly recommend"

"They did a great job. I hired them to tape bed and texture and paint. They patched and painted a sheetrock ceiling. You can’t see the patch. They painted the garage. They came to look at the area’s prior to starting the work. That told me that they are a professional and dependable company. They came early the day they started. We had an issue with paint colors. Their scope of work was to paint the doors trim a different color than the walls. That was included in our agreement. He painted all of the doors and trim the same color as the walls. When I told the field crew about it they called the office team to check that out. I was right so they got to work on it. There wasn’t one complaint from them about the issue. They got to work on it with a smile. They are honest dependable and professional. Hire them you won’t regret it. I’m serious they are who you want to do your project"
