Sprinkler system and sod. Don?t believe ratings 5.0, This contractor just wants the sale! No customer service after the sale, no follow up ever, have a problem with sprinkler charge you $325 for a visit. Sprinkler system works, had problems but had to search online how to work out. Do they sell you sprinkler system and think you know how it works or figure if they don?t show you the basics you will call them and generate more income for them? The sod, zoysia grass, packed with weeds. Laid out during Dormacy, November, finally April, starts turned green then weeds popping up all over. My yard when I had St Augustine hardly ever had weeds. A few sure but not like this. My recommendation is find another contractor, this one has no follow up, says he?ll do something and doesn?t, no follow up, no customer service. Learn how a sprinkler system works, how to adjust the heads, water pressure etc, you?ll save money. He?ll charge you $325 per service call.

Great job Ivan and his crew took a very bad weed patch of ugly back yard and worked wonders. Brought in loads of top soil to correct builders very poor quality lawn. Thanks again Ivan and your crew. Great job! Bill Mayne

They were supposed to send a receipt, never did. Never submitted a bid for additional work requested. No follow up!

On time, prices fair, thorough work, very pleased ?

Alvin and crew were very professional, extremely hard-working group. They provided excellent service with smiling faces daily and in a timely manner. The cost of completed project was fair and reasonable. They graded 1/3 acre, installed drainage, irrigation and installed sod. Could not be happier with the developing lawn and drainage of the water. I highly recommend them!

Angel, his dad, and crew are very hard working, dependable and did a great job. They prepared our yard, back and front for a sprinkler system and new sod. They also have a crew that did some flagstone borders for my flowerbeds. We are very happy with the job. Most of all, Angel is very responsive to texts and calls which is important to my husband and me. They even install a rock fountain for me at the end. I thought their pricing was fair for all the work they did. We highly recommend them for your sprinkler and sod needs.

Very good customer service, which means a lot to me. Answered questions, provided quote, and did the job. Area was cleaned up very nicely. Will definitely use again to repair fencing on opposite side of my property....great job altogether!
