We had a minor roof leak just after Thanksgiving, while I was in the hospital. I got the name of Old Pro Roofing from a neighbor that had just used them to replace their roof. My wife called them and they couldn?t have been better to deal with. They worked with her to come inspect the roof and took time to make her feel comfortable and explain everything to her. They worked with our insurance claim adjuster when he came out to inspect the roof and were able to get the whole roof replaced under the claim.
They replaced the entire roof in one day. We also had them add ridge vents while they were at it and replace and dryer vent on the roof that they builder had used the wrong cover on. They crew showed up early and finished the same day. They cleaned up the whole site and were careful about getting debris on our landscaping and our back patio.
Rustin and Brent were great! They really put my wife at ease during a difficult time. They also communicated really well with us to know when they would be there and checked back several times to make sure everything went smoothly.

William Arguello, an Old Pro Roofing representative was checking on an installation of a roof down the street from me and he noticed a shingle hang down in a spot, which I had also noticed. He offered to get up on the roof and take pictures of any damage and tell me if it needed to be replaced. After approximately twenty minutes of examining the roof, he told me it needed to be totaled and presented me lots of pictures to prove it. Most of which I could see from the ground myself. I contact the insurance company and the Old Pro Roofing representative and I met with the insurance adjuster and his roofer to examine the roof. This
time there was no question and the roof was totaled.
Old Pro Roofing showed up on the day they said they would, and completed the job in two and a half days, as they said they
would. They contracted a gutter company to replace the gutters and a painter to re-stain our pergolas that were also damaged.
All work was done in the time specified and to our satisfaction.
From start to finish this was a first class experience! I was reluctant to use any roofing company because of possible scams and the horror stories I had heard about with some roofing companies so I did a lot of research to find a professional company. Old Pro Roofing had an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and a top rating on Angie's List and other online consumer reviews and had done some previous quality work on my neighbors roof.
Seth came out and did a thorough estimate and explained the process to me. The cost of repairs was very reasonable for the high quality shingles and materials that were used. It was apparent to me from the start that Seth was a true professional! He worked with me from start to finish to make the insurance process a very efficient one.
Work was prompt and the workers were professional. I had done some roofing in my earlier years so I could judge that the workmanship was quality. The workers took extra measures to cover my pool and AC/heating units and put down tarps around the house to catch any falling debris and nails. The shingles that were used were top quality and of a much better grade than the shingles that were replaced.
Joe from Old Pro Roofing's Quality Control Section was on the site several times during the two day period and after the work was complete to ensure that the work was performed to excellent standards. He even used a magnetic roller to pick up any nails that had fallen off the tarps.
It was a breath of fresh air to work with such true professionals! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone requiring any roofing work. I have no doubt that I will use Old Pro Roofing in the future if the need arises.
