He showed up on the afternoon that we closed on house and got us hot water going. we did not have new toilets on site so we had to set those ourselves but he did a good job of getting everything ready for them.

"Cliff responded promptly and was able to evaluate the situation same day. I tried 2 other specialty leak detection companies and they were backed up 2-3 weeks. He located the approximate location of the leak, but could not pinpoint the source due to the location being by a beam. He went over possible scenarios and options to address each. We chose to tunnel under the foundation to cause less inside damage and he had a crew out first thing the next morning. I got home around 2PM and he had already found/fixed the leak and they had started replacing the dirt! They also took great care in replacing the dirt and causing as little damage as possible to the plants in the flower bed. Cliff had opportunities to inflate the price, but did not and I appreciate his honesty. He even repaired a wobbly toilet for us at no charge! He's a great guy that performs a great service and i would definitely use him again. "

If waste can’t drain into a full septic tank, you’ll see water and sewage backing up into your fixtures, but the air that causes gurgling is a result of poor venting. You are more likely to have a clog in your vent stack or a damaged air admittance valve.
Basement toilets don’t always need a pump. However, it is the most common setup because plumbing systems use gravity to move waste away from the home. Basement toilets often sit below the home’s main sewage system, and installing a sewage ejector pump pushes the wastewater and sewage up to the main sewer line. Alternatively, you can use an upflush or macerator toilet that breaks down the waste and pushes it straight to the main sewer line rather than via a sewer line from the bathroom.
