"I was told in an email that the cost to repair each blind would be $40 and I budgeted the cost for 9 blinds. However, when the repairman arrived, he told me it would cost $40 plus either $40 per this part or $20 per some other part for each blind. I was able to have only 4 blinds repaired for the amount I budgeted. The 2 blinds with tilting wands turn the opposite way from the blinds right beside them."
