I would recommend Victor and Custom Stone Granite and Marble to anyone wanting a great product and great customer service. I wasn't looking for a fancy showroom. I was looking for someone I could trust and who would do a good job on my kitchen. We initially were going to just do the kitchen counter tops, but we ended up doing our bathrooms and the back splash as well because we were so happy with our experience.

They were outstanding and very professional with on time performance and accurate estimates. Performed follow up calling to verify work as well.

Ms. Rosa is the one that helped me when we were remodeling our kitchen. I should have written this a long time ago, bit failed to.....BEST Service and they were great about getting out and supporting our required dates. I contacted about 6 different suppliers and none of them could work us into their schedules. Ms. Rosa had to make a few adjustments, but she contacted me in a gew hours and had me all set up. As far as the Quartz....Fantastic, the centerpiece of the kitchen, and I forgot about the window ledge, but the guy that came out to measure asked me if we would like it to match. Of course my first thoughts went to price, but it was minimal and the fact that they had the eye on these little details really helped! Installation - The install team was great, they did the job quickly and I have had contractors over to my house and they even tell me that this is some of the best work that they have seen.

Already recommended to friends who are getting countertops this week. Entire process was great experience. They are professional and courteous.

Communication was a little difficult but they were timely and they do quality work.

Price was very fair and service was excellent. Granite looks beautiful and there were so many choices. Rosa even met us outside of business hours to let us pick our slab. After that installation came quickly and was very fast and the installers were very skilled and professional as well as mindful about cleanliness in our home. Highly recommend!! We will be doing further remodels in the future and Rosa will be my first call!

There was a lot of miscommunication regarding this project including the installers showing up without an appointment at a very inconvenient time. I had spoken with the coordinator regarding the timing due to a problem in that bath and asked her not to send them until she heard from me. The miscommunication was so bad that she called while the installers were here to see when I wanted them and was shocked to learn they were here. Also, glue was dropped on the front of the cabinet under the counter and damaged the paint.

We had news quartz counter tops and new sinks installed in our bathroom. Rosa did a super job in scheduling and the workers were very efficient and friendly. The job was completed quickly with no problems what so ever. The entire experience was much better than I ever anticipated. An absolutely excellent company and I would recommend them to anyone!

Honing the granite was a problem

She spent a lot of time to help me pick up backsplash, made pictures, called me and text me!!!! Everyone is working very hard. Great, knowledgable and extremely nice team!!!! Very pleased overall. I had granite counters and travertine backsplash installed over two days. Daniel in sales was quick to call me, show me samples and talk me through the process. I picked my granite and was helped by Rosa in the office. All their workers were pleasant and professional. I would use them again.

The quality of their work was excellent. They were 100% reliable. The installation was complete in a day, including clean-up. They even went the extra mile and installed a small piece behind the stove that wasn't on the original bid. It had to be delivered from Dallas to the Fort Worth area during installation. Makes the job look very nice. I am very happy.

This was for a bathroom remodel and most other companies I talked to weren't interested in the job because of the small square footage, they were only interested in the big jobs. The estimate was right in the middle of the few others I was able to get and I did not receive any surprise charges. Everything was done quickly and correctly. The men who installed were considerate and put down drop cloths to keep from dirtying my carpet. I plan to use this company again on future projects.

Great company. Worked hard to make sure we were satisfied. Only one little problem (cut a hole around sink on the wrong side and had to patch it). Worked with John H. He coordinated and picked up cooktop which had to be installed at the same time. He was just great.

Custom Stone & Marble did a great job with our installation and customer service was excellent. Their bid also was approximately 20% below others.
