Said he needed a part and he had to go to Bulverde, Tx for the Home Depot (about 45 minutes away) because getting the part from the hardware store in town might be a liability. He never came back. He called a few hours later and said he had to go to San Antonio, Tx for the part. The company then tried to bill me over $600. When I protested they dropped the bill to just under $400. I have called and left messages but they will not call me back but I am getting multiple emails and text messages asking me to pay them."

My only disappointment was that I was informed that one of the issues was due to a faulty dimmer, and I would think they would have one on hand to replace it -- but they didn't, the guy did offer to go to the store and get one for an additional fee, but being that it was so close to the rush hour traffic on I-35 I didn't want to even chance it taking an hour for a 5 minute drive, so I ended up having to go get it and install it myself. (Of course this may be the norm among electricians and a lack of research on my part). I would probably still use them again if a situation arose based on the level of customer service alone."
