"Pro is diligent, communicative. I live in a small town 1/2 hour outside a major metro area. This pro is located in the big city, but as the ONLY pro to respond, I felt lucky to have them at all. It's pretty expensive, but that's the price you pay to get someone to service a single property/pool in a remote area. As I've got a lot of experience ATTEMPTING to get my pool from green to blue with small successes here and there, I feel they know what they're doing. We're still in the green cleaning stage, so having positive thoughts about them continuing to show up. Would recommend this company and the tech in particular"

"We hired this contractor to replace sod and ensure the sprinkler system works to take care of the new sod. Until we finalized the contractor, he was a smooth talking operator but afterwards he was a one-way street. He did some extra work which he told us at the end and charged for it which we paid. There was no supervision provided. Labor provided did what they knew. For a final payment of less than 10% on a large contract, he asked more money claiming more than what had been agreed. He was very rude. His language was very abusive. We would advise others to stay away from this company."

"Do not use their weekly pool cleaning service. The picture is an email notice I received after my pool was serviced by a poolie tech, letting me know that my pool was cleaned. Obviously, the before and after photos speak for themselves. When I called to ask about it, they texted back that they would have to charge me an extra $50 to have a tech come by before my next weekly cleaning. Before this incident, my pool was green for multiple weeks. I definitely would not recommend this service"
