The process did not seem to reflect the "general procedure" I had downloaded from the internet. Perhaps Absolute Pools had an improved method for applying the caustic muriatic acid necessary for cleaning the pool.

Absolute techs showed same day as called. Did a great job. Came back two days later, as promised, and did final vacumn of pool. Looks great. If I were planning to hire a weekly service, Absolute would be high up on the list of possibles.

I have had my pool since 2000 and cleaned it myself for first 6 yrs. best thing i did was get Scott, i have had Scott cleaning and maintaining my pool for over 4 yrs. its great not to worry about it and jump into a clean clear pool whenever i want. he replaced my pump motor and gave it an acid wash first time i used him, he is great at what he does, good attitude also and very patient

Agreed to one price per month and received receipt for higher rate at end of month. Good job..but wanted price we agredd.

"This customer hired me on May 20th. I quoted her at 160 per month or 40 dollars per cleaning. I cleaned pool on May 26. Customer asked when she would be invoiced and i told her at end of June. certain months of the year have 5 billing weeks.Basically she got billed for cleanings on 5/26, 6/5, 6/9, 6/18,6/24, and at the end of the week on 7/1 which was a Thursday. They were all around 7 days apart. I tried to explain that I cant give away a free pool cleaning. She sent check and not only did she not pay for 7/1 clean but she did partial pay for cleaning in May. I sent new invoice for mo. of July, she fired me and not pay for mo.July either."
