Work was not performed due to the air vents being painted over. To remove the air vents would cause too much damage to the walls and ceilings. After carefully considering and discussing the options with the provider I decided to not have the ducts cleaned at this time.

"SAVE YOURSELF HEADACHES AND TRY ANOTHER COMPANY. MY EXPERIENCE HERE HAS NOT BEEN GOOD. Hired this company June 2025 to clean the air ducts. Charged over 1400.00 which wasn't a problem until a vent began leaking water that wasn't leaking before. Technicians came out several times to try to fix the problem to no avail. After calling them repeatedly I was finally told today Nov.2025 the problem is now a water leak pan that cost an additional 475.00 to replace. It took from June 2025 to Nov. 2025 to diagnose the problem with water dripping any time the AC system is on. Do not use this company if you want peace of mind. I am livid that they now have a resolution when I have complained about the dripping water all along, after being advised by a manager if mold arise from the dripping they would take care of it. Now today to correct the problem additional hundreds are necessary. BE VERY CAREFUL AND DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY. I WISH I HAD!!"

I called Me Patrick Bell the owner and explained things. He fit me into an afternoon appointment and had us ip and running in about an hour. The capacitor had gone out. Me Bell recommended 3-2-1 capacitor solution which could lessen the load on the compressor and maybe extend the life of the unit. "We live in D/FW area. Bought our indoor and outdoor AC units for around $7,000.00 in June 2019 when (quality) air had a Dallas location. Started having cooling problem in beginning of Oct. 2019. Took couple of weeks to contact and discover that (quality) air was in Houston area only now, not Richardson; leaving multiple messages for Sean (the only one that could handle warranty repairs?); getting no call backs! Finally arranged for "quality" to fix AC. Did not stay fixed but week or 2! Husband and I have been leaving multiple msgs for Sean with no return calls even during regular, not holiday, days, weeks. I finally got ahold of someone that said that Sean was in charge of warranty repair, but had been busy!? She also said that she would try him again and then have another Supr contact us so we would not have to keep waiting for service! (My husband had been told that their were no other suprs.) We have still heard nothing!! Now we've had Thanksgiving and the weekend. They now want me to call back during regular office hours! We paid thousands of dollars on both units less than a year ago and are unable to get QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE NOR REPAIR!!! Most CSR's have been rude when questioned further about our service! We've also had to take off work with no PTO to try to get AC fixed. (At least it's not 100 degree Summer weather.) But we have all been uncomfortable and frustrated at lack of AC, service, repair, courtesy, urgency, etc!!! Extremely disappointed!!!!!!!!! Still waiting on return contact and complete repair!"
