They let me peak up their as they cleaned up old insulation and remove rodent droppings (biggest concern). They finished within the day as promised and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. Our home was well protected from dings/damages as they wrapped corners of walls, stairs etc. We have noticed improvement from having only 3.5 inches of insulation to now nearly 14-15 inches. They recommended a "combo" of batt insulation (Around the entrance) and blown in for the rest of the area. This allows you to pop in there with out blown in insulation falling all over the place. "They came on time, did the job, cleaned up, and left. They knew we had an attic door in the doctor's exam room so they entered thru the garage attic door but when they blew the insulation in, they didn't cover or protect the other attic door. Insulation fell in thru the cracks all over the technician who was working with the doctor. Since they knew the door was there I wish they had kept insulation from flying in. Otherwise I think they did a great job. It certainly made a difference in the temperature of the building on hot days."
