I would hire Lone Star Installation, LLC again because of their professionalism from their office staff to crew members that installed my attic ladder and blew in my installation in my attic every member of their staff is very courteous, personable and knowledgeable can not say enough good about the Company. Great company, quick and very good communication. This is our 3rd project with them. They insulated our attic, shop and subfloor underneath the house. Very pleased with the way the foam looks in the shop and how it keeps it cool. Use them, you wonâ t be disappointed.

"That initial bid that I provided the customer was based on information that he gave me. Upon arrival at the home there were areas of the attic that has zero insulation, due to previous owner remodeling. Thus there was an increase in cost over the original estimate."

"The reason for the lower rating is because of scheduling conflicts. The customers schedule did not allow us to set an appoint with her sooner. We did our best to accommodated her by working on a Saturday to get the job completed. Very nice customer, I would be more than happy to work with her again."

Terry gave a fair quote and good explanations for each step they would take. Others bidding for the same job did not have the same philosophy about sealing AC registers and open spaces. He did not upsell. He did exactly what he said he would do in the quote and used less material than he calculated, so my final price was lower. I recommend this crew highly.

Spray Foam Insulation Installation
This is a great company, very friendly, told exactly what what was going to be sprayed and where and how much. Caulked all the windows, seams in studs in the walls and along the floor base. They notified us that they would be late and stayed late to get most of the job completed. Came back the next day and finished.

Lone Star Insulation - Terry and his crew did a very professional job blowing insulation into my attic, they also repaired some damaged A/C ducting for me that I had no idea existed. He showed me pictures of the damage that happened when I had raccoons in my attic! They were on time and cleaned up everything before they left. They are A-1 and I HIGHLY recommend them!
