"Cindy was very professional she came to the house took the water samples. She sent the water samples to her back office where they were able to design a water filtration system to remove chlorine and chloramine from my water supply for the whole house. Cindy has a process which is very strong and she has a team of people that help with design build installation and maintenance. I just wish I would’ve installed the system several years ago. My bath water is crystal clear and I enjoy no longer smelling the toxic fumes of chlorine in my house."

He was able to diagnose and repair the problem with our water well pump in two days. "Excellent equipment but found out later price could be beat from not only competitors but others offering kinetico equipment. Just felt like I was dealing with car salesman. What I mean is there is so much variation that it's hard to shop and feel you received a fair price. Not just this company but all softeners in general."

"I had already taken the trap off of the piping under the sink and cleaned it out, that didn't fix the clog. Since I realized the clog was somewhere in the pipes behind the wall, I knew I needed professional help. On a Friday morning, I called several places... some of which told me they couldn't get to me until the following Tuesday, others put me on hold when I called, and most were just generally unhelpful which made me decide not to use them. I saw JR Plumbing had an A rating on Angies so I thought I'd give them a try. The owner answered the phone immediately and was able to answer questions and was able to fit me into his schedule within less than 24 hrs. When he arrived he put covers on his shoes and (with no prompting from me) was respectful of my wood floors and carried his necessary equipment instead of rolling it through my house. He was professional, polite and very reasonably priced. If I have plumbing issues in the future, I will definitely give JR Plumbing a call again."
