Customers say: True professional

"I called around 10:30am, left message telling them the pump motor hummed a few seconds and then clicked off. Within 10 minutes, had a call back, Keith would be there within the hour. Keith arrived about 30 minutes later, and quickly installed the capacitor. My pool pump was running again by 11:30am, friendly conversation included. Can't imagine how you can beat that kind of service."

"Our old stone walkway and patio around our pool in the backyard was installed poorly (probably a DYI job done by previous owners who didn't know what they were doing).  It was laid unevenly with the stones jutting out.   A tripping hazard and very unpleasant/difficult to walk on.  We have two young children and was constantly worried about them tripping and falling on the stones.  It made our backyard almost unusable.  We couldn't have outdoor furniture because there wasn't a flat surface, and nothing was level because of the uneven stone.
Jay and his crew did an excellent job in creating a new patio and walkway to our pool.  We decided on sandstone slabs as our main material.  The mason on Jay's crew was an artist.  Fitting all the various sandstone pieces together was like a large scale jigsaw puzzle.  The results were beautiful and functional.  We love spending time in our outdoor living space.
I would like to point out that Jay and his crew were very professional.  I've worked with other construction crews where they always left a mess on the job site at the end of the day (tools and trash everywhere).   I understand that there's always some kind of mess at a construction site, but I'm talking about left over take-out food trash all over our house & lawn.  This is not the case with Jay's crew.  I have to say that Jay's crew treated out place like it was their own.  They cleaned up after themselves & I greatly appreciated this little detail.
Jay also dealt with what I'd like to call a "Nosey Nelly" neighbor that wasn't happy about how some of the construction might be affecting another neighbor.  Good grief, it wasn't even this person's house, but she wanted to be an *advocate* for the neighborhood.  Anyway, Jay was extremely respectful and accommodating towards this individual.  It really was a non-issue for the actual neighbor that would have been affected.  Jay handled everything with grace, listened to this individual's complaints & concerns, and suggested solutions that would make this individual happy.  (I probably wouldn't have been so nice ;-)
Jay really went the extra mile, which shows that he cares about the project and his clients.
Overall our family is extremely pleased with the results.  I want Jay and Eclipse Landscape to come back again to do other work in our yard and home.  My husband & Jay have talked about grand plans for a covered patio, custom outdoor lighting, and hot tub with a fountain.  We have to first save up the cash for this project!"

"Rob came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and thoroughly explained to me all of my options. A part was ordered and as soon as it arrived, he scheduled a follow up to install. After the part was installed and to save on labor costs, he gave me the option of refilling the hot tub and turning it back on after he left. I appreciated his honesty and desire to save me a little money. Due to Rob’s integrity, expertise, and customer service, he will be my go to resource for hot tub repair. I highly recommend his service."

"Mike and his crew are amazing and professionals throughout this process. I was even educated on pool chemicals and things I had never thought of!! My community could not be happier with how their pool turned out and neither can I! Not only will I continue to use Texas Eco Pools but I have also been referring them to other managers for their communities. Mike communicated daily (even on weekends) of the progress from beginning to end. They truly are amazing at what they do and very pleasant to work with."

Install Above Ground Pools questions, answered by experts

The most straightforward approach to filling an in-ground swimming pool is to connect a garden hose from your exterior tap. However, this is not the best idea if there's water scarcity or restricted rationing. If so, you'll want to make alternate arrangements, like getting a water delivery service to fill your pool.

DIY is not recommended due to its complexity. Professional installation ensures proper fitting and longevity.

Yes. A pool pH too high may result in a rash, red, or stinging eyes for swimmers. It means chlorine isn't as abundant as it needs to be to neutralize germs. A pH that is too low means the water is too acidic, which can cause similar bodily irritation and damage to your pool's lining and the surrounding plaster, stone, or tile.

Generally, you do not need to drain your pool to convert it to a saltwater system. The main exception is if you have used an antibacterial agent containing polyhexamethylene biguanide to sanitize your pool, as these sanitation products do not mix well with saltwater systems. If this is the case, you will need to start fresh. You can either drain the pool or treat the existing water with a high dose of chlorine to remove the antibacterial agent. If you choose the chlorine treatment, wait several days to allow the chlorine to work before proceeding with the conversion. If you are unsure whether this applies to your pool, consult a pool technician.

No, pool jets should not have air coming out. While it’s a common problem, making it seem like air coming out is the norm, bubbling pool jets are a sign of loose bearings or fittings, or low water levels. You should get to the bottom of your jets releasing air bubbles because it could be a sign that there’s air entering the pump, which can shorten the lifespan of your pump or lead to costly repairs.
