I had a very positive experience when selecting High Tide Pool Service for my Dandy pump filter replacement! The scheduler, Rachel, was helpful, polite and friendly. She presented professionally, keeping me informed of the day, the technician who was coming and what time my service was scheduled. The tech, Zachary, seemed very knowledgeable on the workings of my pool pump, arriving on time and completing the process in no time, keeping the work area clean and even labeling the date of service, which really helps me to remember. Based on this experience I will definitely use this company when I need service again.

High Tide Pool Service (HTPS) is amazing. Great staff led by incredible and kind owners. Visit weekly and keep my pool sparkling clean and chemicals in perfect condition. Make repairs when needed and always great on the pocket too. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Repeatedly requested a quote but no response at all . Shows complete lack of professionalism

I called around 10:30am, left message telling them the pump motor hummed a few seconds and then clicked off. Within 10 minutes, had a call back, Keith would be there within the hour. Keith arrived about 30 minutes later, and quickly installed the capacitor. My pool pump was running again by 11:30am, friendly conversation included. Can't imagine how you can beat that kind of service.

From the start having High Tide Pool and Spa Service has been great! Not long after we hired them we had a big rain storm that washed all our landscaping fill dirt into the pool, it was totally black! They came out that day and almost five hours later the pool was returned to it's usual sparkling clean! I have called Keith a few times with questions and he has either been able to answer right away on the phone or come to the house that same day to check everything out! Keith and his employees are all very courteous and professional. They come once a week to clean and chemically balance our pool and spa. They also look after all the pool equipment and make sure everything is running properly. If no one is home they always leave a tag on the door letting you know they were there. Can not recommend this company high enough! A pool and spa are a big investment and we are so happy we have High Tide looking after our needs!!
