Because the original fixture was not centered, Chris also moved the fixture. When the light bulbs that I had purchased for the new fixture appeared to be causing a problem (not lighting consistently on the new dimmer switch), Chris offered to come back by with new ones. He went out of his way to ensure I was happy--literally. My house was clean when they left, and I love my new, centered fixture, matching sconces and dimmer switch."

"Showed up and spent about 90 minutes looking at the TV (which was already mounted to the wall) and talking to my husband. Said he needed a part and he had to go to Bulverde, Tx for the Home Depot (about 45 minutes away) because getting the part from the hardware store in town might be a liability. He never came back. He called a few hours later and said he had to go to San Antonio, Tx for the part. The company then tried to bill me over $600. When I protested they dropped the bill to just under $400. I have called and left messages but they will not call me back but I am getting multiple emails and text messages asking me to pay them."
