Greg and Kerry were very helpful and very accomodating.  I had a very tight timeline that I needed to meet in order to get my technology installed in the office and my doors opened.  They met each and every deadline they proposed and that I needed.  They cost-effectively managed our plan to keep to budget and if there were unforeseen changes needed, they communicated early on and efficiently so that we could determine the best course of action.  I never had to worry about permits or the construction details.  They handled everything and knew how to get everything done they way they said they would.  The attention to detail by Greg and his team was amazing.  It was very evident that the job I was asking them to was no where near as complex or unique as they are capable of.  They are creative, innovative, and very responsive to the customer's needs.  K Bar T delivers what they say they are going to deliver.  It felt like they were working on their own family's property, rather than a job site.
Should my family decide to build a new home, or significantly change an existing one, K Bar T will be the company I call to make my dream become a reality.

Kerry Carroll and Greg Zoller run a very efficient, cost-effective, and top-notch operation. They excel in the area of customer service and from start to finish I felt like they were going above and beyond what I would expect from a commercial contractor because they are in fact CUSTOM home builders. Every detail was attended to, more focus on the minor issues was made than I assumed would be, and they came in exactly where they told me they would in cost and time estimates. Their sub-contractors were efficient, clean, and professional. I am THRILLED with their work and only wish that I needed to have a home built right now because I would hire them immediately.
