We were told that the sink would have to be removed to complete the repair. Our technician, Orlando, arrived about 6:00pm. He said he could use the cutout and avoid removing the sink. He took measurements of the cracked section and a cutout. He cut and removed the cracked section, took it and the cutout with him, and returned the next night, again about 6:00pm, with a perfect replacement for the damaged piece. It looks fantastic. Both his insight and skill enabled him to complete the job in much less time than would have taken with the sink removal."
