I had scheduled an appointment for one day and the installer was late. I had to call Jason Brown to find out why he wasn't on time. The installer had to reschedule for the next day. Jason Brown sent out a shady subcontractor who did a terrible job on my tv mount. He used a mount that is too big for the TV. There are wire sticking out everywhere. When I called to request my money back since I would have to get the work redone, he refused and now i am in the middle of a dispute between him and his subcontractor. Do not use this person for any work on your home.
