Was pleased not only with the outcome, but was also impressed with the technicians professionalism and willingness to to explain things honestly with tips & advice to avoid future problems as well as possibly upgrading equipment (circuit breakers/panel) in the distant future to avoid problems without being pushy to make a sale. Enjoyed the whole process from start to finish with absolutely no complains whatsoever! Good JOB! Mr. Mike! Thanks a million!"

They offered no solutions like contacting other providers or providing a portable unit. Past issues included a similar lack of urgency. Despite being 'Maintenance+' members, we received no priority. The managers were unresponsive, leaving customer service reps to handle our frustration. Avoid Strand at all costs if you value reliable service. They ruined our Christmas, showing a blatant disregard for their customers' comfort."
