With Gutierrez Design Solutions, LLC, you get to choose if you want 2-D plans, or 3-D plans. 2-D plans are more cost-effective, but 3-D plans give you much more detail, allowing you to see what your new home, remodel or business is going to look like before you invest more money into your project. "Everything turned out fine. When it first arrived, it was damaged in the shipping. It took them quite a while to get something back to us, or even to call me back when I wrote to them. But then, once they got the ball rolling, it went very quickly. It took them probably about a month to even get back to me. The price was very good. Once somebody actually did speak with me, they were very responsive. They were pretty professional when I spoke to them. I just think that they were light on manpower."

"The 2 owners (Mike and Mike) called first to let me know they were on their way; arrived on time; were very pleasant; repaired and serviced both my sprinkler system and landscape lighting system, including making a trip to get needed parts. After completing the job (2-3 hours), they handed me the invoice, which literally seemed so low that I asked if they made a mistake -- if I was under-charged. They explained that all of the labor was included in the $80 service charge to inspect the irrigation system. I thanked them and informed them that they are now my new sprinkler/lighting guys. They are definitely the most knowledgeable and very professional. Learning they are a family owned business, their attention to detail and design is phenomenal. They walked me through the entire process and educated me on what professional lighting truely is. I feel like I walk out to my own 5-Star resort every time I go to my backyard. The quality of the fixtures they installed are great and the are backed with a manufacturers warranty. Speaking of warranty and the level of customer service, my neighbor and friend had a system installed several years ago. He had a bulb go out, called Enhanced Outdoor Lighting since bulbs are warrantied as well, Dan was there within a couple of days to replace and handled the warranty replacement himself. Wow!
