"All Dry Services of Katy came to rescue during the new year holidays. Overflow from 2nd floor bathroom in a midnight caused water leaks to carpet, joint and 1st floor ceilings. Chris and the team from All Dry worked during new years holidays and nights to have it under control right away to avoid any possibility of mold issues. The professionalism and service are fully appreciated. The equipment were properly selected and placed. The remediation plan worked well to take all the water and moisture out quickly. We are happy to see everything is dried up when it was checked in a final work through with moisture testing. We are thankful to get back to normal in only a few days."

"After learning that my mother's refrigerator stopped working while she was in the hospital, I exhaustingly started googling for a company to help with this crisis. I called HTX Bio Clean and was confident from our initial conversation I'd found the right team for the job. Unknowingly I spoke to the owner who understood what I needed done, was very personable, and arranged an emergency appointment for the following day (Sunday) a small distance north of Houston, TX. He came to my mother's home, asked some helpful questions about the situation, and began assessing the best way to handle the job. Within a reasonable amount of time he put on the hazmat suit, disassembled the refrigerator that was too wide to get through the door, cleaned out the rottened food, and loaded the broken refrigerator on the truck for removal. My mother was extremely happy with the service and appreciated the care taken while doing it. As the person my mother relies on to get things done when she can't do something herself, it was a great relief to find a company that could handle this emergency with urgency and compassion. I am greatly appreciative and would not hesitate to use the services of HTX Bio Clean again."

They added on extra charges for cleaning the return air duct, main unit, coil wash, and especially the fog machine, which took 5 minutes and ran $139. When I objected to this item initially, Nick told me that it was very important, I suspect because it generated the most profit. I admittedly authorized the work so that blame is on me. The ducts had never been cleaned in 49 years, which is why I went ahead with the whole package. The technicians worked hard and fast but allowed spray paint to fall on the the kitchen appliances. I only wish to warn future customers not to expect to get away for $199."
