They were responsive in sending out a technician for a free inspection after we had water damage in the living room from a HVAC leak in the ceiling. Chris took my call. I felt like he really listened to me. He was great at explaining the inspection process and the possible scope of the project. The technician, Jimmy, was wonderful - super knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and even checked out other areas of the room for moisture issues.

All Dry Services of Katy came to rescue during the new year holidays. Overflow from 2nd floor bathroom in a midnight caused water leaks to carpet, joint and 1st floor ceilings. Chris and the team from All Dry worked during new years holidays and nights to have it under control right away to avoid any possibility of mold issues. The professionalism and service are fully appreciated. The equipment were properly selected and placed. The remediation plan worked well to take all the water and moisture out quickly. We are happy to see everything is dried up when it was checked in a final work through with moisture testing. We are thankful to get back to normal in only a few days.

I had a pipe leak and All dry did a great job making the best of the situation. When they pulled off the dry wall the was a bunch of mold behind it and the dry wall was rotted out. It was a slow leak at a glue junction so there was already a bunch of mold around the leak. They did a great job getting everything dry and treated and worked directly with the insurance company. I hope the contractor i select for the rebuild is as good. I would use them again and would recommend them.
