I want people to know how they work. They do not do a professional job. They don't have time to make it right. They just took your money.

After a toilet tank cracked (apparently due to a manufacturing defect, as I've since learned) we experienced flooding on my 2nd floor that dripped through the walls to my 1st floor. After calling Jeremy, he was at our home within an 2 hours analyzing what needed to be done. Later that day, Trey and his team arrived and set up drying equipment, and he and Hamied came by every 1-2 days to check on progress. They also kindly worked around our irregular schedules. Everyone was attentive and professional, and given we were in the middle of the pandemic, they took appropriate precautions to protect our family. Overall, they did a great job! I hope I never need to call them again, but if a need arose to, I wouldn't hesitate.

Jeremy drove over an hour to see me for a same day appointment. He is very knowledgeable and honest. He told me the truth- that I didn’t need his services and gave me great tips and advice. It’s hard to find somebody nowadays that won’t lie and say your house needs tons of unnecessary work.

The Restoration 1 team responded to our call within the hour and fixed the issue prior to spreading. We are grateful to they for their timely response. A+
