"I thought that I would be paying about the price for their duct cleaning "special," which was $199 but ended up with a bill of $719.80. They added on extra charges for cleaning the return air duct, main unit, coil wash, and especially the fog machine, which took 5 minutes and ran $139. When I objected to this item initially, Nick told me that it was very important, I suspect because it generated the most profit. I admittedly authorized the work so that blame is on me. The ducts had never been cleaned in 49 years, which is why I went ahead with the whole package. The technicians worked hard and fast but allowed spray paint to fall on the the kitchen appliances. I only wish to warn future customers not to expect to get away for $199."

"They replaced 10 window lintels and cracked some of our bricks then replaced them with brick that does not match and Miguel tried to stain the brick but still does not look good. The mortar they used does not match our existing mortar, they just used plain color concrete. I raised my concerns and they said they will come back but has not come back. We were told by Miguel they will come once they catch up on work... it's been 3 months. They are now ignoring our calls and texts. They must only care about new money so do not hold them to their warranty's or to address your concerns once they are paid. Miguel did a good job on the expansion joint and repairing the small brick crack but the men they had do the lintels did a poor job, I had to point out as well that they did not put weeping holes when putting back the brick, they were not skilled workers. Jose Cureno is the owner and does not respond. He scheduled for them to come to do the work but they did not show once I told him I was expecting them that day to do the work he rushed me to sign the contract so they can come the next day. I should have taken that as a sign they are bad. I like supporting family-owned small businesses but not anymore."
