Terrible customer service. We're moving to a different location and they are charging us a fee to move even though they do not service the new area

"Hi Paul, this is a difficult situation since you are moving out of the country so soon into your agreement. We do have options, however. You can transfer the service to someone else ? a family member or friend, or the new homeowner. Also, if your company is relocating you, they will usually pay off your agreement. Let us know how we can help and we wish you all the best in your new home."
