Accurate used steel piers to reach bedrock. Concrete piers would not, a real selling feature. Just finished a few days ago, but overall the house is much better."

After a couple of weeks Juan and the crew came out to our home to do the work. Again, the work was excellent. Tunneling is chosen over concrete break out in the living spaces: this choice worked out well with these considerations: no upset / moving (or move out), no storage rental, customer time & labor needed. For this 1977 3-2-2, discovery is made in both the sewer & water lines: the 50 YO cast iron pipes failed a pressure test & tunneling reveals pinholes in the hot & cold water lines. Partnered w/ Olshan was KMP Plumbing, all of which were successful in leveling the foundation, replacing sewer & water lines.
