"My foundation work involved both outside and inside piers. Inside there were jackhammers, lifting with bottle jacks, welding, and concrete work. The mess was kept to a minimum. Accurate used steel piers to reach bedrock. Concrete piers would not, a real selling feature. Just finished a few days ago, but overall the house is much better."

After a couple of weeks Juan and the crew came out to our home to do the work. Again, the work was excellent. They did exactly what we wanted done and we're very happy with the work that was performed. Juan was also very nice and knowledgable and professional. You could tell he has done this many times. He was there to let us know how the job was going and also to answer all of our many questions. After the work was completed and they cleaned up our yard and it looked great! "04-02-2025: Olshan was very expert from the beginning to completion. Including initial evaluation, navigating choices, quoting, scheduling, implementation, post measurement & cleanup. Tunneling is chosen over concrete break out in the living spaces: this choice worked out well with these considerations: no upset / moving (or move out), no storage rental, customer time & labor needed. For this 1977 3-2-2, discovery is made in both the sewer & water lines: the 50 YO cast iron pipes failed a pressure test & tunneling reveals pinholes in the hot & cold water lines. Partnered w/ Olshan was KMP Plumbing, all of which were successful in leveling the foundation, replacing sewer & water lines.
