Through research I learned that it is most likely a foundation issue, especially in the area I live in. After having disastrous experiences with "cheap" contractors hired for other jobs, I was in no mood to take my chances so I invited two companies with best reviews to give me an estimate. Guess what, after reading that Pinnacle is a 3 generation foundation repair company and $8000 less expensive, the decision was easy. My house had sunk by 3.2 inches on one side and 2.2 inches on the other side. Everyone I interacted with at Pinnacle did an excellent job at what their function was. From the nice ladies on the phone to the workers who actually did the work, everyone was superb. I would like to give a special recognition to the following three because I had the most interaction with them: Nate – evaluator - very knowledgeable and did an excellent job doing the initial measurements and presented a professional report Crew Chief – Jairo - supervised the crew while doing the work himself Supervisor that lifted – Agustin - made sure that the house was lifted to the exact requirements After the job was done, a plumber came by to make sure there there were no leaks due to broken pipes and then a third part evaluator came to make certify that the house was raised to the proper levels. Finally, I received warranty documents from Pinnacle after the final certification was done. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend."

"It went well. Adam took all the measurements needed in a timely manner and had the report to me that day! That was awesome. I paid the extra $25 to have it quick, but I didn’t realize it would be that quick. It was angies list that helped me find this company, and melissa had a lot to do with why I chose this company. She is very personable, friendly, asked questions and listened with such patience and professionalism. Due to us dealing with major plumbing problems, mold, on top of many other issues, she sent Adam to help me. I really appreciated that next level of service. I feel confident that while my foundation can never be repaired and will always have issues, that his recommendation is ideal for what we are dealing with. I went so far as to recommending them for my friend on this same day. She is buying a new home and needed an inspection. They were able to get her scheduled in 2 days."

It was an open space that I closed in to make a bedroom. They painted, installed crown molding, and closed in my back porch. To say I love my house is an understatement. I always said that this old home would be my dream home when we were finished with it, and with the help of this company, I am almost there! Closer than we’ve ever been."

"Weâ d like to say the categories of this is not Fair to Texas Green Lead in regard to our project! We got several quotes or attempted to. This project was HUGE, we asked Gerardo to pour a driveway, build a shop pad with a massive retaining wall, erect a 30x50 metal shop, add a 22x20â patio extension extending the existing roof line. Gerardo performed phenominally! Our project took several months but from the start communication has been excellent! All concernâ s big or small was addressed. My Wife and I were hesitant at the beginning of our project but we can assure you, GERARDO and Texas Green Leaf are your top choice! From prepping, pouring and finishing the concrete work, erecting and welding the shop to building our patio extension along with the finish work. Our investment was in great hands! The best part that we appreciate is they take all projects regardless big or small and will segment them into phases! He completes one phase before starting the next which we greatly appreciate. "I can’t even begin to tell you how happy I was with this company! We were needing leveling of our home foundation and our driveway. This company was very quick to respond, get a quote, do the work, and clean up after themselves. Their crews were second to none! It is so nice to deal with a company that actually does what they say they’re going to do, and arrives when they say they’re going to arrive! Alex was the first person I met that gave me the estimate. He was very friendly, polite, and knew his job well! After I hired them, the first crew were the ones that worked on our home. They consisted of LJ, Zach, Lee, and Nike. I cannot say enough good things about this crew! They were very polite and friendly, and knew exactly what they were doing. LJ was the lead, and he kept me informed every step of the way, and as I said, was so very polite and friendly! I felt I was in very good hands with these men! There was a second crew that finished up on the last day that consisted of Sheldon, Daniel, and Angel. Sheldon was very polite and friendly also, but I didn’t really have much interaction with Daniel or Angel. They were all very professional and knew what they were doing also. The next crew that did our driveway consisted of David and Jesse. Once again, I can’t say enough good things about these two men! They were both also very polite, friendly, and knew exactly what they were doing! I had no doubt that everything was being taken care of correctly with these two men! This company would be my first call if I ever needed them again! We have a large home, and a long large driveway, which is why it was more expensive. Thank you so much!"
