I have been cleaning, stretching and repairing carpets since 1988. I also clean upholstery, draperies, and tile and grout. I take my time, I do the work myself, and I do it right the first time.

THESE GUYS WERE AMAZING!! If you need rugs or carpet cleaning in the Desoto, Cedar Hill etc. areas, I recommend this company. They arrived on time, took care of the job and didn't chare me an arm and a leg. They were very friendly and extremely professional. I felt very comfortable with them at my home. They were so good my neighbor hired them on the spot and they went over and did 2 of her rugs! JUST LIKE NEW!!!

When I called to get a quote -- he was responsive and professional. What I mean by professional, he presented himself as an expert and wanted to help me do get the right service. There were questions I had he didn't know the answer to, or a service he didn't do and he suggested vendors who could do what i wanted. Ultimately we went with Barber Mountain because he gained our trust he will do a good job. He wasn't the lowest in price, but he said he will take hours to clean my couch. He did! And I am thankful for it. Everyone thinks the couch is brand new. Such a great job. And he arrives on time. Communication is excellent. All around the best service I had in a long time.

Wally was a few minutes late as he lives a long way from our house. He did call to say he would be 20 minutes late and that's exactly what happened. The carpets had not been cleaned in 3-4 years. He stayed till all the rooms were clean.

It was very courteous, he answered any questions we had. He was pet friendly, loves animals and very respectful toward our dog. We had asked other questions about pet stains and he gave us the best, detailed, answers he could. I recommend them any chance I get.
