I even agreed to him using the paint he wanted on the woodwork because it’s the same paint in my living room. But on my doors I wanted Behr marquis paint that I had used before and it never chipped he wanted to use Sherman Williams paint that is currently on the doors and it’s chipped. He didn’t like it and wanted me to buy more paint and just argued with me. He also didn’t like the color that I wanted to paint my doors. I even suggested that he not paint the doors and I’ll do them myself. He began to talk down to me and I corrected him and he stormed out like a child! The salesman and owner both left me high and dry claiming that was not in the companies’ scope of work. Needless to say, we are going elsewhere for the gutters and will be spreading the word on this unprofessional, unethical, untrusting and extremely questionable company. If you are currently working with them, I highly recommend paying via credit card only, this way you have some leverage when the dispute arises and trust me it will."
