They applied Sherman Williams paint to both surfaces. When completed the work looked very good. But within 24 hours the surfaces in both areas started to bubble up. I told them and they came out to see if they could repair it. It didn't work. They said it was the product. We asked Sherman Williams in Gun Barrel City to come out and take a look. The Sherman Williams rep said that admitted that the problem was a result of their product failing. After much back and forth, Sherman Williams offered to pay for Mr. Roden to come back out, strip and re-apply and the job turned out great.
