They were extremely respectful of our home and wore disposable booties over their shoes every time they had to come inside from the attic or backyard. "Oscar installed 4 ceiling fans (3 bedrooms and 1 in a vaulted ceiling in the living room).  He located a short in the wiring in a bedroom that had all the sockets and switches knocked out very quickly.  A switch in the vanity area was also 'mis-wired' and he corrected it.
He kindly offered suggestions for the light fixtures in the vanity area.  I need additional work (lighting) and will absolutely use Oscar again.

"Used them for 2 bathroom remodels in a rental property. Pros: Crew is courteous, friendly, and shows up on time ready to work. Job was completed on schedule or ahead of schedule. Crew cleans up area well EVERY day. Very good tile work. Price was fair. Not the cheapest. Not the most expensive. I got 5 bids. I was allowed some flexibility on the contract, which, if I hadn't had that, I wouldn't have hired them. They addressed any concerns I had as we went along. Good communication. I felt really good about them when I hired them after meeting Stacy Calahan who came to give me the bid. He is very realistic and accommodating. Reliability, skill, and honesty carry a lot of weight with me and these guys get an A in those areas. Cons: Wall texturing is not their strong suit. It was way too heavy and uneven. I don't recommend them for this. We had a mild conflict regarding a new spot on the carpet in the work area which I am certain was from their crew. I let it go because I figured I'd be replacing the carpet in another year or so and the fight wasn't worth it to me. Had that not been the case it would have gone differently. If you have a particular look you want for something, be sure you are clear and provide photos if possible. Otherwise you risk confusion - even if you've discussed it thoroughly."

"Lance came out and gave me a bid for adding insulation in my attic along with a solar attic fan. I was very pleased with the whole process from the initial bid to the final product. We are waiting on better weather to add the attic solar fan. I could not be more pleased with Lance and his company employees. I will only recommend this company to others in the future. "I contracted with JPR to install a wall so that I could convert an open room into an office. They were very fair with their pricing, and did a marvelous job installing the wall to meet my expectations. The renovation included putting in transom windows, a barn door, overhead recessed lighting, and a ceiling fan, along with the required electrical wiring and switches, as well as miscellaneous hardware. Along with installing the wall they also needed to texturize the wall and paint it to match the existing interior. The new wall and completed office now fit in seamlessly and looks like it was always here. We also utilized Roman to install a new pair of windows in our bathroom and plan to use JPR going forward to help us with our other renovation needs. Roman and the other employees he subcontracts did a wonderful job, and they are very friendly and easy to work with. We are pleased with our decision to use JPR!"
