"Hired Mr Electric of Dallas. New Employee was sent out. Had a few problems. Innocent mistakes. One was a computer problem. I rated them poorly. Owner made contact with me. Wanted to know what happened. Sent a different Tec out. Corrected the honest mistakes, and educated me on other problems from the Exhaust Fan install. Sincere people. Totally redeemed themselves with me. I will be using them on other projects. If the Employees are anything like the Owner, I trust them with my home and my wallet."

"Johnnie and Kyle were lifesavers, literally! Our heater kept tripping the breaker and when my husband flipped the switch back on, sparks flew. Our home is new to us, but was built in the 70s, we were unaware of how bad the electrical wiring was, the Inspector, for some reason, didn't catch it when we bought the house. There was an older breaker box inside my husband's closet also, the wiring inside was a jumbled mess and had several burned areas. We were extremely lucky our house hadn't already burned down. Johnnie and Kyle worked way late into the night having to basically rewire everything. They took extra care in making sure our house was safe for us. We also had concerns over the cost, this was not the best time financially for us, but we were pleasantly surprised with what they charged us. "The gentlemen who came to work on my electrical needs - Raul & Louis - were professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They went out of their way to explain things to me, providing safety tips and general information. I was so pleased with the amount of work they got done in 8 hours (2 men giving 4 hours of labor each). They installed and tuned 5 ceiling fans, installed an exterior light fixture, and installed 5 interior light fixtures including a large, heavy dining room chandelier. The only glitch in their service was that I had the service scheduled once, and the company called having to reschedule due to issues. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and a great value for the money!"

"Excellent service!  At the initial visit, Oscar provided a fair and very thorough one hour estimate by advising where the security cameras SHOULD be placed and COULD be placed.  Regarding the SHOULD be placed, he pointed out that having the cameras cover all the entrances/exits was mandatory for our security (which we expected).  We then shared that since our front door does not have a peep-hole, we wanted a camera installed outside and above the front door.  Oscar pointed out that the selected location would not work unless we only wanted to see the top of someone's head (which would be useless to identify an intruder).  Oscar then suggested placing the security camera immediate inside the foyer at the ceiling.  That way, the camera would catch the faces of all individuals (even questionable door-to-door salesman, etc.).  This was a great suggestion!  With me working at home, we were very appreciative of Oscar making that suggestion.  Regarding the COULD be placed, he pointed out that there were several exterior corners which may be difficult for him to install security cameras due to the construction of the home (something another electrical company neglected to point out with their initial estimate).  Collectively, we then rearranged the layout of the cameras (prior to installation) to ensure we had the desired security coverage.  We were very appreciative of the time Oscar took to not only install the cameras but ensure our maximum security as well.  Great job, Oscar!
