Overall while the cost was expensive we recieved an extremely high quality, professional job from a very responsive and trustworthy tradesman. "Make sure you verify where light fixtures are being placed, charged 150 (set charge that also went against my allotted hours not incremental) to install an additional 2x4 brace for dinning room chandelier. High mark-up on outlets so if you might have bad ones pre-buy. Pre-buy before install as much as possible even if you think you don't need, this avoids inflated part cost."

"Oscar installed 4 ceiling fans (3 bedrooms and 1 in a vaulted ceiling in the living room).  He located a short in the wiring in a bedroom that had all the sockets and switches knocked out very quickly.  A switch in the vanity area was also 'mis-wired' and he corrected it.
He kindly offered suggestions for the light fixtures in the vanity area.  I need additional work (lighting) and will absolutely use Oscar again.

"Everything turned out fine. When it first arrived, it was damaged in the shipping. It took them quite a while to get something back to us, or even to call me back when I wrote to them. But then, once they got the ball rolling, it went very quickly. It took them probably about a month to even get back to me. The price was very good. Once somebody actually did speak with me, they were very responsive. They were pretty professional when I spoke to them. I just think that they were light on manpower."
