They showed up and identified what I saw and noticed was leaking and included areas that the previous owner had patched and still needed attention. Joe was fabulous and I would recommend him to anyone because he is a real "roof guy". He made additional trips to my home to bring the correct size flashings for my chimneys. I recall that hour long call about him & employee that he was talking about. I remember because my wife was dying of cancer(lost her in DECEMBER 2021) & during that time, he was trying to relate to me. Nope, losing a spouse (life partner) is not the same as siblings or parents. So, during that time I took time away from my dying wife. My wife while she was alive, was even upset with everything & scheduling. SORRY ROOFFIX THAT, I DIDN'T WANT UNKNOWN MEN HERE WITH MY MOTHER ALONE W/STRANGERS!!!!! I MADE IT WHERE I WAS ABLE TO COME DURING MY WIFE'S CHEMO & DR VISTS. (LEAVING MY WIFE FOR HRS - WHEN SHE COULDN'T DO MUCH ON HER OWN). ANYONE THAT'S LIKE WELL THEY ARE STRANGERS - YES THEY ARE. Excellent. Jonathan and Alex were exceptional. They were honest and very attentive to detail. Scott Frazier and the entire team responded very quickly to my questions. Tatiana of customer service went above and beyond by contacting me during off hours to address a concern. The metal team (Sal) was very good also.

They kept me informed of all the steps and notified me one week before that materials were in and I needed to move the car out of the driveway. Theu gave me a firm price of what I owed and that I would not owe anymore (even if they did not get the remaining balance from the insurance company). They arrived on time, removed/replaced the roof, major cleanup done and I am very pleased. I had about 8 estimates done and went with this company because of their warranty, price and reviews.

The crew was on time and found some additional decking which needed to be replaced. The shingles look great and the pricing was reasonable. Mason and Tim made the whole process simple and easy to understand. Plus, the office staff was friendly and professional. I will be using them again for future projects.

I didn’t get any of the Great Service I read about, I had to wait and took their word on when my roof was going to be replaced. By the way it wasn’t in the contract, that’s my fault. I didn’t catch that. Also had a side porch roof replaced because it was bad and so I had it replaced as soon as I could, but I was given a date and that didn’t happen. So it got wet because it rained all those weeks. Also they never reached out to me for my first payment, even though I was told several times that I would get a call the same day. Never happened. I had to call. But now as soon as the work is done they are blowing up my phone asking for payment. SMH. Then I had to personally inspect my roof and found lots of work not done correctly as in flashing and replacing wood. Then as soon as the work was done, I had to check again and found numerous issues and asked them to fix and replace and finish work. Then again I was told they would be there Monday morning and I left my gate open, but they didn’t show and there I go calling again to see if they would show up at all. Tuesday they came and finished, but left all the trash from a job over a water heater that didn’t get done initially and I didn’t even call them back again I just cleaned it up myself. I thought the last roofing company was bad but I still got the same treatment with y’all. Going to leave more reviews. Also the work looks like it’s sub contracted so not roof fix just another roofing guy and probably paid half of what I paid.

The workers were amazing! They had to remove old metal, then add wooden decking to entire roof and then cover it with new shiny metal roof! I have never seen cheerful attitudes like this crew had every day working long hours in the heat but always with smiles on their faces! What a blessing it was to us and we would highly recommend them to anyone for good workmanship and great work ethics--cleaning up each day before leaving our house. Alex, the project manager, was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable!

Very smooth and stress free. We worked with different contractors and it was stressful every day having to keep track of them and stay on top of them. With Rooffix, we had an initial consult to walk the property and write out our expectations. We were provided an update throughout the process and brought in for any issues or differences from our initial consult. This was due to unforeseen issues like removing one piece of fascia and seeing something outside of scope needing to be addressed and not just covered back up. It’s rare to find good, professional and RELIABLE contractors these days. We have worked with Rooffix on two separate projects and have been very pleased.

My house was just completed and I couldn't be happier with the results. Alex, Miguel and Tatiana were a pleasure to work with and the results were fantastic. I highly recommend using Roof Fix for your next roof project!

I cannot say enough good things about this exceptional company. We had quite the project going including the roof replacement, cement work and patio built into roofline. The work was quick and efficient and very detailed. From the start, Joshua H. let us know what the plan was going forward as well as letting us know our options with everything from roofing material to warranty and any other questions we had. The team that worked on our patio and siding on rear of house was excellent. Sylvia went above and beyond with her team executing our dream patio. She was very personable, knowledgeable and friendly and in constant communication about what was going on the whole process. Our roof came out perfect and tied everything together and we couldn’t be any happier. JR made sure our roof was satisfactory and came back to check the final roof project.

Wonderful service from start to finish

Terrible. Still waiting for a finished job four months later. The sales person did not do his job and assess the actual situation. His drone didn't work and he did a quick walk through and didn't capture all the problems. Four contractor visits later, I still have rotted soffit, now all the replaced and new gutters leak and are going to rot the soffit and fascia; two of the subcontractors didn't pick up nails and screws so I have spent four hours doing it after paying $3K for substandard work, and customer service is poor. Still waiting a week later for someone to contact me. The subcontractors even complain that they do not know exactly what they are supposed to do. I would not recommend this company and I am not paying my balance, especially when I haven't received what I ordered. Their roof warranty was supposed to include a thermal reading of the attic. Unfortunately, their subcontractors have no clue of what they are talking about. If I get a nail or screw in my vehicle tires because of their negligence, I will sue for replacement.

Roof Fix did a SUPER job replacing my roof in the fall of 2020. The experience of working with Roof Fix was EXTRA-Ordinary! Who knew a roof is really part of a whole system…not just shingles??? They repaired all the rotten wood of the decking and fascia. They replaced the felt and put on new gutters. When they say they are giving you a roof for life …they mean it! I had called and met with several other roofers and it was clear that Roof Fix was the company I wanted to work with. I was concerned with cost because of their commitment to doing the job perfectly. Guess what? They were totally competitive on price while hitting the work out of the park. I’m not sure there is a better roofing company out there! One other thing, they assigned an entire team to me to communicate with me (and insurance) all along the way. Roof Fix handled every aspect of my new roof. It was a blissful experience. Everything about Roof Fix and the service they rendered was more thank I could ever have expected. Thank you to each and every person at Roof Fix for making my life and home comfortable and beautiful.

It went pretty well. There were some issues we had but they came back and repaired them at no cost. Overall experience was good. I have recommended them to some neighbors.

Roof Fix is AWESOME. I purchased a contract with them about 18 months ago. Every time I have had to contact them due to shingles cracking and or coming loose they show up within a day or two and replace the cracked and/or missing shingles at no additional charge. This is probably the best contract I have ever signed and they have lived up to their agreement professionally, expeditiously and the team members are always pleasant and highly skilled.

Great experience. Paid a little more than expected for overall maintenance but will be checked annually. Also installed new kitchen exhaust vent along with shingle replacement. Great company.

We want to recognize the very fine roof replacement that Roof Fix recently did on our residence. This is a very professional company and their intention to make us a happy and well-satisfied customer was very apparent. Every single interaction we had with their employees was professional, thorough, friendly and informative. Scott Frazier made the perfect recommendation for our particular and somewhat unique situation. The ladies in the office were friendly and helpful and kept us informed of the scheduling and progress. Marco Rodriguez and each member of his very competent crew of installers were entirely professional and displayed an attention to detail and customer service that was above and beyond our expectations. (During their post-job cleanup, they even tidied up some things in our yard that were there before they arrived.) It is hard to put into words how much we appreciate the type of interactions we had with them. And this carried right on through to Curtis and Juan Olivo who did post-installation inspections. We would recommend Roof Fix to anyone who needs roof work It's a good company and their employees know they work for a good company.

My elderly Mother In law received hail damage on her home in Converse and received an initial estimate by a roofing company to replace 1/2 of the roof. We then called Roof Fix after hearing their commercial on KTSA Radio's Home Improvement Show and couldn't be more pleased. They were prompt , professional, and worked with the insurance company on our behalf. She received an entire new roof and the owner of Roof Fix "Duane Charping" stopped by to ensure she was happy with the job. My Mother in law is not easy to please, Roof Fix exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommend.
