After some time the refrigerator started to get warm again. It took a while for him to respond I asked him to come by and take a look he said he would. He didn't show and after I called and text him he simply said just unplug your fridge for 24hrs. It angers me because I have lost food over this. I trusted he would do his job honestly and not only was he unresponsive he was unprofessional and I'm left with rotten food and a fridge that still doesn't work and 500$ less in my pocket.
