"US Pools was great. Better design than anyone else, better pool equipment and better materials than the competition for the same price. The owner Colt was great to work with and walked us through the whole process. We interviewed a couple different companies. Colt took longer on the design process and initial bidding, but wow did he come in strong. Instead of pushing a cookie cutter design he listened to us and asked us a ton of questions. He truly educated on the process and helped understand why certain items we did not want to skimp on and others that could be skipped in order to stay on budget. "We had just finished demolition of a shed attached to our garage, and were trying to figure out the best option for getting rid of the debris - shingles, 2x4s, rafters, and so on. First we'd thought we'd rent a dumpster, but that looked too cumbersome and would take longer than we would want, including having a dumpster sit in the driveway for a week.
I found One's Junk on Angie's List and gave Manny a call. It was Saturday evening. We asked if there was any way possible to have them pick up the junk the next day - a Sunday. They were so very nice. I sent them some pictures via the phone, they gave me an approximate cost, and committed to being there at the house the next day to give us an exact quote - after which we were under no obligation to hire them. 
They came when they said they would, they were super, super friendly, went above and beyond the job by helping us remove some pesky bolts from the cement of the demolished shed with a saw (our saw had broken in the process), and our garage and backyard were clean and free of that mess of debris that would have been an eye sore and extra work for us had it not been cleared away by them.
It's been our experience that most contractors or folks working in and around your house do mediocre work that's just enough to get by.
